Fun little project we’re working on. The customer had the floors remodeled many years ago and the floor was slightly raised without raising the carrier plates. So you’re not able to properly install a new toilet due to the new floor height. We removed all the toilets, cut the walls and have refurbished the carrier plates so the customer doesn’t have to install new carrier fittings.

Got dispatched for a plugged up shower in a duplex. Once there discovered the adjacent unit also had a plugged up shower. Couldn’t make the turn on the fitting with the drop head on the cable. Went underneath the house and cut the cast iron vent and could not push through the blockage! Replaced with an ABS double fixture fitting and all was well. Sliced open the cast iron back at the shop and still could not get the debris out of the fitting! That was a fun one!
