Come join our team at Night Train Construction!

We are looking to hire equipment operators, specifically operators that are experienced with running scraper pans. In addition, we are looking for the following qualities: a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with current employees, as well as employees of other companies.

Our company currently services job locations over the entire state of Louisiana, as well as East Texas and Mississippi.
We do provide housing and a daily per diem rate for job locations that require staying on site.

Consistent, reliable transportation is required. You also must be able to pass a drug screen prior upon hire and at any time during your employment.

NTC is looking to hire operators that are experienced with operating scraper pans.

We do projects locally as well as out of town/state; out of town/state work does include per diem pay and housing.
You must be able to pass a drug test upon hire and at any time during your employment. Consistent and reliable transportation is also required.

Check out these before and afters of a subdivision NTC and JS Land Improvements recently completed!
The original phases 1 & 2 were previously completed by us and we wrapped up phase 3 & 4 last week.
The property is ready for its next phase of development with completion including precision leveling done by GPS technology.
