The project started with a simple request: REPLACE THE SHOWER FLOOR

but once we opened it up, we discovered there was much more happening underneath.

What should have been a simple update revealed improper drainage, waterproofing failures, and moisture damage behind the shower.

We corrected the failed areas, rebuilt the shower system, and restored it properly.

Sometimes the most important part of a shower is the part you never see.

Talamantez Group- It's what's behind the tile that matters.

🚨 YES — WE HANDLE INSURANCE CLAIM PROJECTS!

Bathroom leak? Shower leak? Water damage?

Don’t try to figure out the repair scope and insurance process by yourself.

This homeowner contacted Talamantez Group after discovering water damage near the entrance of her shower. A plumbing inspection confirmed there was a leak.

TG stepped in to:

• Document the damaged areas
• Prepare a detailed repair estimate
• Work directly with the insurance adjuster
• Address the full scope of damage — not just the obvious leak area
• Help ensure the shower, flooring and tub surround damage were properly included in the claim

PROJECT IN PROGRESS:
The shower and surrounding bathroom repairs are nearly complete. We’re currently waiting on the new shower glass installation and final painting.

Water damage can extend much farther than what you see on the surface.

If you have a shower leak, bathroom leak or water-damage insurance claim, call us before you start tearing things out or accepting a repair scope you don’t understand.
