Great projects are built by great people, and JJ Taylor is one of the leaders who keeps our team moving forward.

As a Finish Carpentry Supervisor at TenM Construction, JJ brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mentality to every jobsite. He leads commercial trim projects with a focus on quality, safety, and staying on schedule, while working closely with his crew and the other trades around him.

Meet Kyle Snyder, our Superintendent specializing in Framing.

Kyle has been part of the team for over 7 years, dating back to his time with Margo's before TenM was established. Throughout the years, he's earned the respect of everyone around him through his leadership and commitment to doing things the right way.

Kyle takes tremendous pride in his work and approaches every project with professionalism. Safety is always his top priority, he works exceptionally well with our subcontractors, and he genuinely cares about TenM's success and the reputation we're building every day.

As our CEO Gary Schiffer puts it:

When a fire impacts a building, it affects an entire community.

We're grateful to have had the opportunity to play a small role in helping restore a piece of Colchester, Connecticut, after such a difficult event.

This property has been part of the community for decades, and housed a local hair salon as well as residential apartments prior to the fire.

Our team was brought in to rebuild the fire-damaged structural portions of the building. We removed the existing roof and installed a brand-new engineered truss system, reframing the roof to restore its structural integrity while giving the building a refreshed appearance.

Projects like this remind us why we do what we do. Well done leading this project, David Garcia.
