Recent install we did. Whole system was upgraded, from thermostat to a new humidifier. Removed an old Armstrong furnace and upgraded to a high efficiency, 80,000 btu gas furnace. Outside condensing unit was upgraded to a 14 seer. All with a purchased 10 year parts and labor warranty. These purchased packages allow our customers peace of mind.
