A great transformation on this project at a local dental office. The existing landscape was unsightly and unusable, creating an eyesore for the surrounding businesses. After excavation of the area, we installed Allan Block in Marbled Buff to tie in with the current wall. We used proper backfilling for drainage, as well as Geogrid to solidify this area for years and years to come.

We spruced up the side landscape with some Tennessee stepping stones that will lead to a new back walk out once completed, as well as some low maintenance grasses.

Up front we tore out river rock and the old worn edging, and installed Unilock Brussels pavers in Sandstone to match the color of the wall, as well as the building. Installing a few new plants as well as mulch in the front really brought this office together.

Clients, friends and family.

We wanted to clear up some confusion regarding a recent post made about our residential mowing accounts.

Clark Lawn and Landscape is not being sold, and we aren’t going anywhere. The post was simply a feeler to see if there was any interest in acquiring some of our residential mowing accounts—nothing more.

We’re always looking for ways to dial in our services and guide the company in the direction we’d like to grow- landscapes and hardscapes. Any potential transition would be a slow, carefully planned process. For now, it’s business as usual, and we look forward to continuing to serve our customers.

Our landscape team recently completed a drainage project at Faith Baptist Church in Mt. Healthy with Envision Works Contracting LLC!

We removed the collapsed and underperforming existing system and installed two new catch basins with 6-inch drainage pipe. We also regraded the surrounding area to properly direct water toward the new basins.

Once everything was installed, we finished the disturbed areas with fresh seed and straw.

Retaining wall rebuilt the right way ✅

This wall had been pushed over by several large trees, which also took out the privacy fence beside it.

We started by removing the trees and digging out the stumps to prevent any regrowth. From there, we tore out the failed wall and damaged fence, prepped the area, and built a brand-new Allan Block retaining wall.

Now the backyard is level, drains properly, and has a wall that’s built to last!

Our team came in and restored this unsightly septic tank area to not only look good, but prevent future erosion.

We installed a French drain at the front of the landscape bed to divert water from the hill away from the septic caps, due to water causing issues. New riprap was placed on the top side of the hill to match the existing area and hinder any future erosion.

We dressed the area with Arborvitaes as a “green wall” to shield this view from the house, as well as a stone border and pine straw.

A small project can make a huge difference! This custom walkway serves two important purposes: providing a durable path to the shed, while also solving a long-standing drainage issue with water pooling in the corner of the driveway.

By excavating the area and installing an open-graded limestone base beneath the walkway, we’ve created a system that allows water to drain through the base and naturally disperse downhill, eliminating the standing water while adding a functional, attractive walkway.
