Here is a recent project we completed.
The floor was contaminated with oil.
This presents an additional challenge when installing coatings. To ensure a proper bond we took extra care to degrease the surface with an oil cleaner prior to grinding the concrete.
We then installed a specialty primer and a high build epoxy system for a durable, cleanable, bright working surface for this manufacturing facility.

Covered porch coating system: Here we diamond ground the concrete to remove the broom finish and give the concrete a suitable profile for the coating to adhere to. The first coat we primed the concrete with a moisture tolerant epoxy to seal the pores and provide a moisture v***r barrier. Next we installed a pigmented UV stable polyaspartic coating and broadcast UV-flakes into the wet coating. Finally we sealed the UV-flakes with a clear UV stable polyaspartic coating and added a course non-skid. The customer was very pleased with their new porch.
