Customer had a subfloor in this rental that wasn’t doing so great so we fixed it along with some 1950s plumbing…… not everything was fix to detail but to customer satisfaction.
2nd floor bathroom:
New subfloor
Lvp flooring
Bead board
Shower surround
Base and upper trim
Paint

1st bathroom
Ceiling tile
Exterior exhaust vent for fan
Scrape and paint

Added door casing, and casing headers and trimmed out stairs pillar, didn’t get pictures after painted.

Old whirlpool bath tub leaked at jets, pulled old tub. Installed new tub that profile was smaller, so I padded out the wall and made a shelf wall from the old tub surround.

Customer had a leak at shower valve, ripped out old out dated tile, put in modern tub surround kit in after fixing leak.
