See the USA, in your Chevrolet! CORE Resources, Inc. is excited to partner with Mark Williams Auto Group, KBA, Incorporated Architects, and McGill Smith Punshon, Inc. to bring a new Chevy dealership to Mt. Orab. This brand new prototype from Chevy is going to look stunning from Route 32.

The dealership will feature Chevrolet's newest facility concept.

The fourth Beeline bar may be one of the best yet. CORE Resources, Inc. worked with KBA, Incorporated Architects and Corey Rineair to make this place special. Congrats Four Entertainment Group on another great new bar. This will be a great addition to Silverman & Company's development at The District at Deerfield and a great compliment to Fifty West Brewing Co., Cafe Patachou, Pins Mechanical Co., and Thunderdome Restaurant Group's new restaurants.

Love seeing all these folks in CORE Resources, Inc. hard hats! It was a great day in Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio for the ground breaking of CORE's newest development.

Thanks to Last Mile Investments, North American Properties, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, Tilsley Architects, Abercrombie & Associates, Inc., and of course Dick Williams, Joel B. and their team at Skyline Chili for helping to bring this new prototype for Skyline Chili to life!

If you can't wait for this new store to be complete, come check out our other new buildout for Skyline on Fountain Square coming later this summer.

CORE Resources, Inc. is glad to be part of the team executing this work. Eighteen historic renovations that will have a lasting impact on this community. Well done to the The Port and their talented team who worked relentlessly to create a complex capital stack to make this project feasible!

Sedamsville is blooming — and yesterday, we got to show it off! 🏡

We hosted a construction open house in the neighborhood where The Port is actively rehabbing 18 single-family homes for future homeownership. Visitors got a glimpse of four homes in process.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out, and to the partners making it all possible: Ohio Department of Development, Hamilton County, Ohio - Government, the City Of Cincinnati Government, and Cincinnati Development Fund (CDF). The energy and progress in this neighborhood are something we're incredibly proud to be a part of.

Construction is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2026, and we can't wait to ring in the new year with new homeowners in this historic community.

We gathered with our team recently to review 2025 and to look forward to 2026 and beyond. The team was proud to celebrate that we achieved all of the goals in 1-Year Plan and are tracking well towards our 3-Year Picture.

A new addition to the annual meeting was trivia throughout the presentation to test everyone's knowledge on the company history and fun facts from the previous year.

This team has tremendous potential to take the company to new heights and we're excited for the future!

Thanks Professor Gregory D. Kelly and the Cincinnati State CET 141 class for stopping out at our Primrose Schools project site on Ivy Pointe in Union Township, Clermont County, Ohio this week.

The tour was a muddy one, but we enjoyed showing the students our project, sharing a little about CORE Resources, Inc., and giving a lesson on masonry construction.

Creativity and resourcefulness at work! Our client, Time Timer, wanted to reuse some of the existing materials in a building they acquired for their new office. The former school didn’t have a ton of options but with the design team of Angela Sansalone and Design Details Interiors Group we reclaimed some of the existing doors to create an attractive design feature to highlight the space.

This is a great example of our team exhibiting one of core values of being Client Centric!

We celebrated the holidays this year in our new office. It was great to see the new and old team members playing games, opening gifts, sharing stories, and generally just enjoying the day with each other. We've had an incredible year with one of the best teams in our 35 year history. There is a lot to be thankful for this year and even more to be excited about for next year with a very diverse backlog for some great clients.

This year we changed the name of one of our annual awards to the Founder's Award in honor of Paul Kitzmiller and David Kitzmiller, our founders and leaders for the first 3 decades. None of us would be here, enjoying what we are doing without them. The award was given by the leadership team to the team member that best exemplifies our CORE Values. Congratulations to Blake Horsburgh and Jonah Crider for being the first recipient of this award.

Our other annual award is voted on by the entire company and given to the individual who consistently comes to work every day with a positive attitude and brings an infectious energy to everything they do. Congrats to Derek Sykes for receiving the Attitude Award this year! Well deserved!
