We're Hiring!

Foreman – Artificial Turf Crew (Cincinnati)
Full-Time | $28–$35/hr + Bonuses

We’re hiring a crew leader to run our artificial turf installs at Buckeye Greens. If you’ve led landscaping, hardscape, or construction crews before and want true ownership, this is your shot.

The Role:

Lead a small crew on custom turf installs (golf greens, pet yards, backyard transformations)

Layout sites, run equipment, cut & seam turf, install edging & infill

Solve problems, train your team, and own the job site start to finish

You Need:

2+ years leading crews (landscape, hardscape, or similar outdoor work)

Confident driving & backing a truck & trailer

Valid driver’s license, insurable record

Physically able for full-time outdoor work

Strong problem-solver with attention to detail

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 40–50 hrs/week

Rare weekends (weather delays only)

Pay:

$28–$35/hr depending on leadership experience

Overtime + bonuses
