Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of landscapers in daily operations, ensuring high-quality work and efficiency.
• Oversee and participate in landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation.
• Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscaping and team leadership.
• Prior landscape/mowing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s License is a requirement).
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
