Cincinnati Children's is consistently recognized as one of the top pediatric hospitals in the country, and that reputation is built on more than rankings. It’s rooted in how they respond to community needs and plan for what’s next.
In 2024, following increased patient demand at their Mason and Liberty primary care locations, Cincinnati Children’s made the decision to expand access in the region. After evaluating options, they selected Loveland as the site for a new satellite primary care center, repurposing an existing building into a neighborhood resource for pediatric care.
Our team completed the fit-out in 2025, transforming the space into Cincinnati Children's Loveland Primary Care. The project included new interior finishes and full upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The facility now includes 18 exam rooms, a conference room, break room, office space, and a welcoming lobby and waiting area.
The result is improved access for families, with shorter wait times and reduced travel for care in the community.
This project also marked a milestone for our team, as it was the first where Triversity Craft Force self-performed acoustic ceilings.
Thank you to Cincinnati Children’s for more than 20 years of partnership and GBBN Architects for their continued collaboration in supporting this important healthcare project.
