Poured this little 17’x17’ Monolithic Foundation Friday! Not my favorite thing to do for the money but it saves the customer thousands Vs doing a footer and walls. Probably saved him $6-8K. Turned out great! Definitely need to brace the hell out of these if you’re doing one!

Big job we finished up in Madisonville!!! Was just an 9’ wide single car driveway. We excavated the front, widened it to over 20’, rebuilt the stone walls, poured a new driveway and skim coated all the walls!

Got the garage floor knocked out! They’re ready to start framing! More to come!
