PRODUCTION MANAGER
GrassCor Lawn and Landscapes, is growing and we are looking for more qualified team members. The Company has a large opportunity for development and Advancement in management and we are continuing searching for a candidate who has previous high-end Landscape Maintenance experience and is seeking the opportunity to be a part of our long term Team.
Production Manager is an hourly position, that will be responsible for ensuring ex*****on of efficient crew production, job quality and Team member safety. This key Production Manager position plays an instrumental role in the achievement of the company’s vision, as well be the “right-hand person” for the Operations and Account Managers and be able to Meet their production needs, Quality assurance, job performance, efficiency , training and others.
Qualifications:
Have at least One-year experience as a crew leader with demonstrable leadership skills in Landscaping Green Industry
Must have a high school diploma or GED and/or achievement of appropriate Green.
Knowledge and field experience in job sequencing.
A current valid driver’s license and eligible to drive under our insurance requirements.
Leadership skills is a must
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a Plus buy not require
Responsibilities:
Trains New Crew Members and repeatedly follows up on job sequencing.
Assures all jobs are well performance as Customer expects.
Sets challenging goals for multiple field Teams.
Clarifies daily expectations received from Operation and Account Manager, explains goals to Foreman’s
Helps Foreman’s to understand the importance of Job performance and productivity
Communicates well with others and keep a positive spirit in the workplace.
Ensures all team members are properly trained and certified through our Greenius Training program, that we offer to our Employees for more effectiveness and Safety.
Provides on-going, regular coaching and mentoring to all team members.
Provides on-site, timely training to optimize the efficiency of equipment and tools used on jobs.
Ensures that all aspects of the company’s safety program comply with standards and avoid Accidents on the Job, property damages.
Keeps worker’s comp and liability claims to a minimum but enforcing high standards of safety for self and others.
Conducts and/or supervises weekly tailgate meetings with crew
