From the early construction days to evenings like these—what a transformation! 🌿

Over the past couple of years, our Upscale team has had the privilege of bringing the outdoor spaces of this incredible property to life. Retaining walls, steps, paver patios, landscaping, landscape lighting, irrigation, sod—and so many details along the way.

Just as rewarding is the trust placed in us to keep caring for it. Our maintenance crews continue to keep this bproperty looking its best, season after season.

Proud of the craftsmanship, hard work, and care our installation and maintenance teams put into this special place. Thank you to our customers for trusting us to build it and keep it beautiful!

Two neighboring backyards. So much work. So much detail. And we’re almost at the finish line! 🙌

All hardscape work is complete, the trees and plantings are installed, and natural limestone edging paired with gray slate chips gives these landscapes a beautiful, low-maintenance finish.

Landscape lighting is in, irrigation is set up, and our crews are working through final grading with sod scheduled for tomorrow. That blanket of green is going to bring everything together! 🌱

From the pool decks and retaining walls to the stone steps, planting beds, and lighting—there’s a lot of planning, craftsmanship, and teamwork behind every view.

Proud of our Upscale team and the care they’ve put into these two outdoor spaces. Stay tuned for the next transformation!

The finishing details are bringing it all together! 🙌

With the pool deck pavers complete, fence installation underway, and landscape edging, slate chips, and stepping stones going in, these backyards are getting closer to the finish line.

There’s still work ahead, but it’s exciting to see all the planning and craftsmanship come together. Proud of the crews keeping these projects moving!

Stay tuned—more progress to come!

Now that’s how you add some green! 🌲

These large Green Giant Arborvitaes are making a big difference around our neighboring pool projects—adding privacy, softening the retaining walls, and creating a beautiful backdrop for these outdoor spaces.

A big thank-you to our crews for getting these trees in the ground and bringing the landscape plans to life!

When your customer is the man behind Grill Nation, lunch breaks deserve their own post! 🔥🍗

We’ve been working on a backyard pool and outdoor living project for James Brown, better known as Grill Nation—and he’s been taking great care of our crew along the way.

On many days, while James is cooking up food for his videos, he brings some out for the team to enjoy. These guys work hard, and seeing how much they appreciate that gesture has been one of the best parts of this project.

James, thank you for your generosity, the incredible food, and trusting Upscale with your backyard. We’re proud of how it’s coming together and excited to share more as we get closer to the finish line!

Give Grill Nation a follow for some serious inspiration for your next cookout. Our crew can personally vouch for the food! 🙌

Two neighboring backyards. Two custom outdoor spaces. More progress every day! 💦🚧

Pool decks are taking shape, Unilock pre sealed pavers, the retaining walls are defining the spaces, and stone steps are connecting it all. Our crews are also working on irrigation, landscape lighting, and grading as these backyards move closer to the finish line.

There’s a lot of work behind every finished photo—and we’re proud of the team making it happen. 👏

Stay tuned as we bring both projects together!

✅ Project 2: The pool and surrounding construction are coming together, and we're getting closer to the next phase of paver installation!

🧱 Retaining walls
🏊 Fiberglass pools

🚜 Major grading and site improvements

There's a tremendous amount of planning, coordination, equipment, materials, and good old-fashioned hard work that goes into projects of this size.

👏 Huge shoutout to our Upscale crews! These guys have been putting in the work, and it's exciting watching everything take shape.

We're not at the finish line yet, but we're getting closer every day!

🧱 One wall. Built three times. Because details matter.

We built it to plan, adjusted for a design change, then caught an elevation issue and rebuilt again to get it right. 📐✅

More work. More cost on us. But the result is exactly where it should be. Perfect, 100%.

💪 Proud of our crew for seeing it through.

That’s Upscale. Getting it right is worth the extra effort.
