Giving this condo a refresh before the new owner moves in! We fixed all of the drywall imperfections, repainted the walls and now installing this beautiful LVP!
Unfortunately we found termite damage around the front doorand under the window, which was letting rainwater into the house, so we were able to replace the door and the damaged floor boards.

Tom sandblasted and stained this beautiful door. We also fixed the damaged drywall on the ceiling in the living room at this house.
While waiting for the drywall mud and stain to dry, we put the finishing touches on the front porch we built at another house. Kevin (the dog) struck again and kept running off with the directions of the organizer Abby was trying to build. 😂

New back door and storm door for this lovely family! They knew that there was probably rotting wood under the aluminum door frame that the previous owners installed...and they were right. We needed to replace the door with the frame in order to safely and securely install the storm door.

This week we have been helping an older couple fix things around their house, built their BidFTA winnings, hung paintings/shelves. Next week we will be tearing down their front porch and rebuilding it on a concrete pad so that it will be safer for them.
