A strong work ethic and willingness to get his hands dirty have taken Dan Holland from starting in the trades right out of high school to serving as TP’s Operations Manager of Fabrication and Distribution. Dan chose the trades because they offered skills and a career he could carry with him for a lifetime. It was a decision he has never looked back on!

Dave Jenson started at TP Mechanical as a laborer before his apprenticeship classes began that August. He completed the program and spent years in the field building his experience and earning multiple licenses along the way. Over time, he developed a strong understanding of the work and how everything comes together. Two years ago, Dave made the move into the CAD department. He shifted from reading blueprints in the field to helping create them, bringing that hands-on experience into a new role.

Dave’s career shows what it looks like to build a strong foundation and continue growing in new ways over time. “Working at TP has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I take a lot of pride in being part of a team that delivers high-quality work.”

When Claudio joined TP Mechanical, he was eager to learn and ready to put in the work. TP gave him the opportunity to build his skills and a team that made him feel known - not like another number.

Today, he leads TP’s small bore plumbing area and does what he enjoys most: building things and solving problems!

With more than 40 years in the mechanical construction industry, including 20 years with TP Mechanical, Mayur leaves behind a legacy of leadership, mentorship, and impactful projects across Ohio and beyond. His dedication and commitment to making TP Mechanical better will be felt for years to come. We wish him nothing but the best in this next chapter!

The Gwynne Building in downtown Cincinnati has been restored and reopened as the Fidelity Hotel, a luxury boutique destination in the heart of the city.

TP Mechanical provided the plumbing and HVAC systems for the project. Consistent communication between project partners helped ensure the building's character was preserved while modern building systems were integrated.

We're proud to have contributed to a project that blends historic character with modern hospitality!
