Dispatcher/Admin Assistant
Job Summary
•Dispatches service workers to specific work locations to provide assistance to customers or perform predetermined job roles
•Performs varied secretarial and administrative duties
General Accountabilities
•Reviews work orders from departments or complaints from customers and records type and scope of service to be performed.
•Determines and schedules orders according to urgency
•Contacts supply storekeeper to verify availability of parts and equipment to ensure scheduled work performance
•Receives check in calls from service workers and updates internal records and clients
•Informs workers of type and location of work to be performed and dispatches workers to job
•Keeps records of repairs, installation, removal of equipment or appliances, and hours required on each job
•Implements changes or enhancements to procedures to improve productivity, efficiency and service.
•Schedules, assigns and prioritizes workloads by setting appropriate deadlines
•Ensures timely completion of unit's work.
•Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications
•Minimum Education: Associate's Degree Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
•Minimum Experience: 2 Years
