CG Custom Woodworks & Renovations specialize in building custom Farmtables, coffee tables, desks & Live Edge tables as well as Renovating & Remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and all home spaces. I

was born in Northern California - Humboldt County, and moved around the country as a child because my father was in the Coast Guard. In 1993, well after my family settled in Hanover, PA I began woodworking, learning from my middle school industrial arts teacher. I really started perfecting my skill during high school shop class designing & building custom tables, hutches, cabinets for my mother. Throughout high school and college I worked with a roofing & siding company which gave me perspective on framing, and how woodwork and construction come together. Over the last several years I have learned many woodworking & remodeling skills from my father-in-law, who was in the Philadelphia Carpenters Union. With his wealth of knowledge, he helped me understand what tools are used for particular applications, and more importantly - how to use tools correctly. Now I specialize in remodeling & renovations, and design and build custom Farmhouse tables, coffee tables, desks, consoles, Live Edge Slabs, patio bars, and many other handmade furniture pieces. I use a combination of old-world techniques and contemporary methods. Each time I design and build a piece of furniture, I learn something new - refining my craft. In my younger years I grew up on or near Coast Guard bases near the beach. Because of this and my love for the ocean, all my furniture pieces are ocean themed in name. Today CG Custom Woodworks & Remodeling, LLC. wrapped up a full re-seal on a sloped concrete driveway that had developed multiple horizontal and vertical cracks over time. To ensure a long-lasting seal, proper prep work was everything:
1️⃣ Cleaned out deep debris in all cracks using a high-pressure washer.
2️⃣ Hand-scrubbed remaining stubborn debris using bristle brushes and specialized clearance tools.
3️⃣ Installed backer rods at varying diameters to properly fill deep cracks and voids.
4️⃣ Sealed and finished the surface using heavy-duty Sika Poly Cement.
Preventive maintenance like this protects your concrete against water intrusion, freeze-thaw damage, and further cracking down the road!

From raw lumber to a standout custom piece! A local Cinnaminson client came to me with a vision for a custom bar, and it was a blast bringing it to life. To craft the top, I planed & joined 1.75” thick Black Walnut with a matching 1.75” Ash slab using loose tenon joinery (1/2” x 3” dowels), high-strength wood glue, and a lot of patience. Marine-grade epoxy was used to fill all cracks and voids in the Ash slab before sealing everything with a durable varnish finish. The final result speaks for itself, and hearing such great feedback in their review makes it all worth it! Have a unique woodworking or remodeling project in mind?
