A quick look at what our team has been installing at the Open Vista house– newly added shower doors and vanity mirrors, lighting in, fixtures set, handles installed, and everything coming together with clean, precise workmanship.
The nearly invisible glass doors and crisp white tile show off the homeowners’ selections, and our team’s careful installation brings out the best in every detail. The cabinetry colors settle the space with a calm, confident feel — made even sharper by the craftsmanship behind each cut, fit, and finish.

Making custom Texas worthy structures.

Back to the barn at our Oak Hills site – she’s taking shape fast.
Windows and walk doors are officially in, and metal wall sheets now wrap around three sides of the structure. Out on the porch, our crew was laying roof sheets with precision and a planned order that keeps water flowing away from the walls, not into them.

It’s the kind of detail you only notice when it’s done wrong – and the kind of detail our team gets right every time.

Now for a good look at some finished cabinetry — and they’re looking fantastic.
The kitchen features Kendall Charcoal cabinets paired with Champagne Bronze faucet and pulls, giving the space a warm, modern finish.
The utility room showcases Black Pepper cabinetry, finished out with sleek black hardware for a clean, cohesive look.

For a long awaited look outside. The Open Vista’s veranda is taking on a bold and beautiful look -- with a clean finished soffit overhead and cedar‑wrapped trusses and posts stained, sealed, and looking sharp all the way around.

The shop has officially moved from slab to steel frame—the welders have locked in the final pieces, and they’re doing killer work. Every weld is clean and tight, with the strength you want at this stage.
With the frame standing tall, the scale of this structure really comes into focus. This is one of the most satisfying transitions on a build.
And as promised, here’s a look inside the cottages. We’re still at bare‑stud stage, but the layout is already reading well.
Momentum is strong across all three builds — the next updates are going to be even better.

The three showers have been meticulously finished in matching 2.5” x 8” La Riviera Blanc wall tiles, paired with Vitality Mica pebbles or 2” Hex Native Howlite on the ceilings and/or floors.
The kitchen backsplash is now dressed in SS Bricks in Fog, bringing a clean, modern texture to the space.
We are also giving y’all a peek at the new cabinets and countertops – hardware reveal coming soon!!
