The quiet of spring is officially behind us, and the summer shift is here. 🌻🥖

If you've been wondering what we've been up to, this spring was all about deep roots, preparation, and tending to matters of the heart. It also included a steep climb of paperwork to get our newly expanded menu officially approved!

Standing on this side of it feels incredibly freeing. The focus is no longer on forms—it is entirely on the food and the community we serve. Our expansive new summer menu is officially live, and bringing these handcrafted bakes out of the test kitchen and onto your tables has been the highlight of the season.
