⚽️ Today is opening day for Nature Coast Soccer and we are so blessed to be able to sponsor these amazing kids. ⚽️

This season is the biggest one yet and it wouldn’t be possible without all of the volunteers, from coaches, to referees, and anyone behind the scenes!

We pray everyone has a great opening day and an even better season.

Some days there are many hats to be worn and you could say today was one of those days 🤣

Where are you enjoying your morning coffee at home? ☕

1. A hidden coffee station that disappears when you’re done? 2. An open coffee bar that’s always ready? 3. A dedicated pantry coffee station or 4. a multi-beverage bar for coffee, drinks, and everything in between?

When you build custom, even the little routines can have a space designed around them. 🙌🏼

Which one are you choosing for your custom home? Drop your vote 🗳️ in the comments 🤩

We are ending the week with Henley's Grading, Inc clearing two lots for detached garages right across the street from each other 🌳

Jase and Christian are ensuring quality work and precision of layout on both jobs 🚜

Stay tuned as we continue to clear & prep for the slab.

Once framing is wrapping up, we measure all door openings ensuring accuracy and preventing any delays for next trades.

All rough openings are verified using the most current plans—including any changes that have been made—we check each door size, rough opening, and door swing as we walk through the home.

This home was just completed and is ready for the next phase.

🌧️ Mother Nature is in charge again today! 🤷🏻‍♀️

But there’s at least one good thing about all this rain…our freshly laid sod and landscaping is getting plenty of attention! 😂 🌱

Sometimes you just have to work with what the weather gives you!

Build Strong! Stay Flexible! Let the rain do its thing! 🏡 🌧️
