Not all āmoldā is created equal⦠and no, weāre not talking about the kind you willingly put on your pizza. (Mushrooms get a pass. The stuff growing behind your walls? Not so much.)
Hereās the deal; some molds are actually beneficial. Think penicillin (yep, life-saving), certain cheeses (we see you, blue cheese fans), and even cured meats like salami. But when microbial growth shows up in your property uninvited, itās a completely different story.
That fuzzy patch on the wall or that musty smell? It could mean hidden moisture issues, air quality concerns, and damage that only gets worse over time if ignored.
And please⦠step away from the bleach. That āquick fixā can actually make microbial growth angry, spreading spores and making the problem worse, not better.
The good news? Our team knows "mold" inside and out. Seriously, ask us about it and you might get an impromptu TED Talk from our restoration crew.
