This was a fun project just complete!
Started off as a leaking shower, and the rest was history. Worked with a wonderful client who had great design ideas that we collaborated together to create a totally new space.
The Canadian soaking tub is my favorite. It has heated back, heated fine bubbles and even dries itself after each use. Truly amazing!

A few afters and befores. Client attempted a wallpaper removal, aggressively.. all fixed now.

One of my favorites this year. I love the colors my designers narrowed down from the customers descriptions.
Some rot repair, vent repairs and new mounting blocks all around.
One of thebmajor causes of damage i see regularly is the absence of kick out flashing where roofs meet a wall.
What a turn around!
