Had my Gas Safe Inspection today first one in 22 years very friendly guy, very helpful and those who have one coming up not to worry they just want to see you know your thing and that you are safe.
Now have his number if I need any advice etc

My page has stopped showing me nothing but ads and notifications. Thanks for the suggestion to send a Facebook message. It works!! I'm seeing posts again from people I didn't see anymore. Facebook's new algorithm chooses the same people - about 25 - who see your posts. Put your finger somewhere in this post and click "copy". Go to your page where it says "what’s on your mind" and click paste. This will get the system started.
Hope this works I’ve been restricted to a few friends lately plus adverts 😡

Just attended Emegency call out customer cut through a heating pipe trying to replace a skirting board !!
Just had a new carpet laid Saturday
Please note !!
First empty the room of furniture
Then remove 40 year old radiator
Then replace rotten old skirting
New skirting redecorate hang new radiator then last of all new carpet
Not back to front 😂
Thank god for slip couplings
Job all done ✅

Customer phoned as she had water on the bathroom floor !
A rat 🐀 had eaten through the water pan connector, the original installer used 6 fittings from the toilet into the floor I replaced this with 2 fittings.
Hope the rat doesn’t return

I’m now off work following an accident so on crutches over Christmas 😥

They phoned to say they had a problem with the shower water not draining away very well !!
I forgot to tell them when I finished that the bathroom wasn’t self cleaning !!
