We are posting this to you to inform you that Zullo Property Maintenance has been purchased by Lane Lantas. It has been my pleasure to serve all of my clients the past 20 plus years. The relationship’s I’ve made and the opportunities you all have provided for me will always be in my heart. Lane approached me in May to make an offer to purchase the company, equipment, and employees. The transaction happened early this summer and he has made me so proud already with his knowledge and hard work.

Lane comes into the picture with some very good experience and at one point was one of my competitors. He will treat you all with the same respect I’ve shown my clients over the past two decades. I will be transitioning into my paving business I purchased a few years ago. Thank you again for all you have done for me.
