Another drain system following some pier work. This property was in a rural area and lower than the surrounding area, so getting water to the street or a drainage ditch wasn’t an option, so we built and utilized a dry well system.

After having piers installed, this customer wanted all water away from the house and no risk of further foundation issues. PSA, you do not ever want rain water getting under your foundation, make sure your downspouts are able to flow away from home or give us a call to help create a plan.

Customer was tired of the rain water not having anywhere to go so we installed a drain system and a river rock bed.

We followed a custom pool build to create this beautiful landscape. We created a rendering for the customer to visualize and put it to action when they loved it. Limestone wall along the backside for privacy from the road with hardy/ low maintenance plantings and full coverage river rock.
