Taking a look back at our work at Emerling Ford! 🚗

Every commercial project has its own needs, and automotive facilities are no exception. We're proud to look back on the projects that have helped shape our portfolio over the years.

Ever wonder how large warehouses and manufacturing facilities achieve those wide-open interiors?

Clear span construction uses structural systems designed to support the roof across a wide distance without requiring intermediate columns throughout the building. This creates more uninterrupted floor space for storage, equipment, production lines and material handling.

The benefits? Greater flexibility in how a facility is organized, more efficient use of available floor space and fewer structural obstacles to work around.

For businesses planning a new warehouse or manufacturing facility, clear span construction can be an important consideration.

A Look Back at Aebly Insurance

We're going back into the Picone archives for a look at a project that may not be as familiar as some of the larger projects in our history.

Aebly Insurance is a reminder that our work has always included helping local businesses create spaces where they can serve their customers and grow.

Some projects become landmarks. Others quietly become part of the communities they serve. We're proud of both.

Landmark Projects: Williamsville Animal Hospital

Creating a space for veterinary care takes more than four walls. It requires thoughtful planning, specialized construction and attention to the people and animals who will use the facility every day.

Williamsville Animal Hospital is one example of Picone Construction's work on specialized facilities throughout Western New York, creating a modern, functional environment designed to support both veterinary professionals and their patients.

It's projects like these that have helped shape the communities we call home.
