Our VFD is hurting for space! We have as many firefighting vehicles stacked in our little garage as we can possibly fit, however this leaves a few of our response vehicles out in the weather. During the summer this isn't a big deal, but during the winter, when we are at our peak fire weather, we often have to winterize those trucks to keep the pumps from freezing, which then downs them for response and reduces our capabilities.

To rectify this situation, we would like to add on to our department. However, as anyone who has built a house, barn, or a fence lately knows, it's not a cheap undertaking!

So, together with Red River Card Club, we are excited to announce our Inaugural Texas Hold Em Poker Tournament fundraiser to help us achieve this goal!

Please join us on Saturday, March 1st out at Rowe Point Ranch for a fun night of fellowship and friendly banter over cards as we begin raising money for this endeavor to better serve our community.

Buy-ins will be $100, with $50 rebuys up until registration closes. Snacks will be provided, feel free to bring your own beverages. Half of all proceeds will go to the prize pool, so come on out and win some money!

Appreciate my crews and how hard they work!! Even when concrete showes up at 3 am or the wind is blowing 50 mph, they stick it out. Their is not a lot of men left that no mater what adversity they are faced with their is no give. They do whatever it takes to get the job done. Nice work Gentleman.
