Summer is slowly coming. I Like myself I’m sure you can’t wait for it to come. Also I’m sure your project list are adding up.
I have read many complaints about oil tanks being red tagged for replacement or repairs with cost of as much as $2500.00.
I thought about this and it doesn’t make sense to replace your oil tank with an old heating system. So with that in mind It might make more sense to replace your heating system with LPGas, taking the money from the tank putting it towards the cost.
Besides clean and efficient heating there are other options that may interest you. Such as LP gas cloths dryers, water heating, cooking and even a back up generator in the future.
I can offer furnaces for warm air heat as efficient as 95% and hot water heat as efficient as 90%.

Well we weathered hopefully our last snow storm for this year. Spring will definitely be here soon and the temps coming in the next couple weeks will be a great indication that’s it’s coming.
It might be time to think of the idea of some
A/C with a mini split system that requires no duct work. Can be located in most locations and would also give you heat during certain times of year. Who knows this could be a great investment with your tax return.
