Service requirements for any operating equipment needs to be scheduled.
I've found blocked chimneys,leaks that were repaired before compromising equipment, health,property.
Maintenance should be done to avoid costly breakdowns and what we find is everyone will put off Maintenance that would have found potential problems and notice parts that are failing that may leave someone without heat or a/c or combination boiler leaving you without hot water.
I ask all these other companies out there if they tell customers what they are in for as far as maintenance and most reply they wait for the service call.Compare that to I'm driving on a bald tire but I have a compressor in the trunk,when the tire blows the compressor at that point can't help. A service call for interrupt in service due to parts or lack of maintenance cost more.then when fixed unit still needs maintenance. More money $?$?$?$??? We aren't salesman we are mechanics everything needs maintenance.
