Another leaker, volume up! Don't let this be you! If your water heater is over the 8 year mark we strongly recommend you have it inspected.

Thankfully for this customer, the basement is not a living space. Still a wet mess to clean up.

Today's job was a 40 gallon gas tank water heater.

The homeowner had an issue where the gas control got wet from water spraying on it. We looked it over, saw it was 9 years old and had signs of leaking on the cold water connection.

After getting approval to do the replacement from the insurance company, we put a wrench on it the cold connection and it snapped off!

Luckily, the minor flood damage we were there to remedy saved this homeowner from a full blown catastrophe of an unchecked full flow flood

On that note:
Did you know the average life span of a tank water heater is 8 years? If your water heater is getting up there in age, consider planned replacement before it becomes an emergency or worse yet a catastrophe!

From last week, small apartment house, also oil to gas. Before these oil prices got crazy it cost 1/3 as much to heat with gas, will have to reevaluate now, but you can bet it pays even better now!

Finished up our first Peerless 211 install today. The last few pics are of the old boiler, it leaked for a LOOOONG while. Corner of the section broke off from me pulling on it with my hands.

From a week or so ago. Installed this Weil McLain CG Series 3. An update on one the best boilers ever made. Very nice boiler, and we welcome the new blue color.

Staying busy, but have been wanting to share on our page for a while and couldn't find the time.
