As students head back to the classroom, that means school buses are back on the roads and kids are once again waiting at bus stops throughout our communities.
A few extra seconds of patience can make a big difference. Slow down in neighborhoods, stay alert for children near the roadway, leave plenty of space around school buses and always stop when a bus has its red lights flashing and stop arm extended.
Our crews spend a lot of time on the road, and we know how important it is for all of us to do our part to keep our roads safe.
Here’s to a safe and successful school year for students, families, bus drivers and everyone sharing the road! 🚌📚
