How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard...

It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of our head mason/foreman, Michael Lehnert.

Mike and I began our careers together at O'Leary Construction working side by side for a year before I started my own company. Mike then came to work with us during our second year of business.
We have worked together for more than 40 years.
He was our employee, but even more, our dear friend. Mike was truly a talented craftsman who loved his trade.

We started together as very young men growing through raising kids and now becoming grandparents.
Mike was a true family man, and he loved his wife, Terri, often boasting about her ability to cook without using a recipe. He also loved his sons, Shane & Tony, and their many adventures together. Last, but certainly not least, he loved and adored his grandchildren.
There were always many stories told when the twins came to visit. There was pure joy on his face every time he spoke about them.

Mike fought a courageous battle against pancreatic cancer. Though he has finished his race, he will be so deeply missed.
Our thoughts and continued prayers are with Mike's family.
