Excited to get started on this project for PRH!

PULLMAN - The Pullman Regional Hospital Board has approved a contract to remodel the old Umpqua/Columbia Bank building into an office building.

Some before and after photos of our project that we wrapped up in the fall. This project was for the Whitman County Landfill outside of Pullman/Colfax and entailed:

-Demolishing the existing scale
-Replacing and adding a second scale
-Building a second exit lane to the roadway
-Retaining wall
-Complete remodel of the scale shack with additions on each end.

This project took a lot of coordination in order to keep the landfill fully functional during the 6 months of construction. Big thanks to everyone involved in this one!

Final product of our salt shed outside of Clarkia for Idaho Tranportation. This is a big one folks! 60’x120’ and 27ft to the eaves! As always huge thanks to our crews and subs who made this one happen. On to the next one!

Final product on our project for Field Springs State Park! This was a new restroom facility that required a complex mounded septic system. Big thanks to our crews and all subs involved in this one. On to the next!

Final product on this 50’x50’ shop for the City of Rosalia. This building featured:

-Full foundation
-Commercial girts
-Fully insulated
-Metal on interior
-Gas area heaters
-14’ Tall garage doors

On to the next one!

This design build project should be a fun one! This building was a timber framed cold storage building that we are turning into a conditioned storage building while reusing the existing foundation.

Some final photos from our Timberline Elementary addition. Close to a 5,000 sq ft addition with 4 classrooms and an ADA bathroom. Huge thanks to everyone that worked on this project! On to the next!

Here are some before, during and after photos of our project at LaCrosse High School. This project is quite the transformation! (8 months in the making) We had over 2 months of just demo with all of the CMU walls and slab to come out! Huge thanks to our crews and all of our subs on this one! On to the next one!
