🕘 Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 9AM–4PM

✅ Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous office or receptionist experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage calls, scheduling, and daily office tasks
• Experience with office software is a plus
• Knowledge of Hindsight software preferred (but not required)

Progressive Irrigation & 310 Group are hiring a full-time Project Scheduler to keep our crews organized, jobs on track, and paperwork handled.

We need someone who can stay on top of schedules, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly day to day.

What you’ll be doing:
• Scheduling jobs & coordinating crews
• Managing timelines
• Invoicing & basic office work
• Communicating with team + customers

What you should have:
• Strong organization skills
• QuickBooks experience (preferred)
• General office/admin experience
• Ability to multitask and stay ahead

Details for each position are as follows:
💧 Irrigation Estimators: Base Salary starting at 45k with benefits and up to 10% Commission on Sales

💧 Service Manager: Base Salary starting at 60k with bonus plans and benefits
Requirement for Service Management position
- MUST have minimum 10 years experience to manage and oversee the irrigation service technicians, daily routes, maintain open communications with main office & scheduling department, managing customer service & quality control, along with managing inventory of warehouse & company vehicles.

💧 Irrigation Service Technicians: Minimun Starting Pay $25+/hr (pay rate based on experience) and Monthly Performance Based Bonuses
Requirements for Irrigation Service Technicians
- MUST have minimum of 5 Years experience
- Must be familiar with all irrigation systems (residential & commercial)
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must have experience in 2 Wire & Lake Pump Irrigation Systems
- “Tech Savy” and/or possess Computer/Technology Skills (we are paperless in the field)
