Another very happy customer.
Customer called and ask for help. Their main breaker had tripped and could not be reset. Their home had a failing electrical service. The jacket on the service cable had failed and came off allowing water to enter in through the top of meter can and leak into the panel. This leaking water corroded the buss assembly and damaged the main breaker and associated breakers. This created a serious risk of fire.
We stepped in.. replaced all components and restored their home to better than it was 30 years ago. It was a pleasure to work with these folks and quite rewarding to see the smiles on their faces when the lights came back on.
