👋 How's everyone doing today, hopefully great! Here's another project completed the end of last week. This was for great returning customer that we created a long swale to get the rain runoff away from his house and back to his pond. Mr Ruther, your business is greatly appreciated.🙌

🚧 This was an approximately 1,360' long driveway recondition and refresh. There was a couple areas that needed built up a couple inches as it was holding water, with more materials as well. It had been nearly 10 to 12 years since these folks had more materials brought in. This goes to show how maintenance is key to prolonged repairs. He did a great job over the years with his tractor and box. 🚧

🚜 We got to work, power raking and bringing up the existing materials to see what we had to work with. After getting that process completed, we started hauling in crushed limestone to fill in the low areas and give us enough materials to create a good crown where it needed to be, and prevent ponding and flowing down the middle of the driveway. 🪨🪨 We had estimated around 156 tons but with the good existing materials, was able to save on new materials as we only used about 130 or so tons. 🪨🪨 We then took the vibratory roller over it to set everything in place and checked for any areas that needed additional attention and prepared it for the upcoming rains. We really take pride in a great looking driveway, with nice straight edges. We don't just level with a bucket on a skidloader, we have all the correct attachments to create and maintain a great driveway. 🚛

👋 Howdy folks, hopefully you all are doing great. Wanted to get another completed job posted while I have the opportunity to do so. 😊

🚧 This was a quick swimming pool area fill in and grading project over in Northern Blanchester area. Thanks Brian and Jessica for the opportunity to take care of this project for you folks. 🚧

🚛 I hauled in approximately 48 or so cubic yards of clean fill clay/dirt mix to compact in lifts of about a foot depth each to prevent settlement. Then I hauled in approximately 16 yards of shredded topsoil to create a nice seed bed for the seed to root into and thrive. We opted to use Penningtons ky 31, it being traffic and drought tolerant. Then finished with straw and fertilizer. This area should hold up well with having mostly sun and will have a lot of dog traffic from the owners pets. 🐕

👋 hello folks, hope you all are doing great! Here is a quick little landscape project that I did for a returning customer a couple weeks ago, including some timber framework. 🪏 I'm a little behind on posting, and will try to get some caught up. Thanks Carolyn for the continued business and support, it's greatly appreciated. They decided to add a little curb appeal on the outside of the fenced in patio area that we completed last fall. Take a look back on those posts if you missed it. They will be installing planters of their choice throughout the mulch beds. ⚱️

👋 Good day folks. Hopefully everyone is doing great. We discussed taking out this small retaining wall that was in desperate need of attention. This is at the same residence that we just put the catch basin in at. Can we get a good slope with the utilities at the top of the small hill?🤔

🚧 We decided to skim across the ground to uncover the cable and pull it out to the driveway so we cut down and soften the slope. This eliminates the need for the wall. The customer was wanting to be able to mow this area comfortably. This gave them two large piles of soil to utilize in other low areas in their yard. After reclaiming the bank back to grade, the customer opted to bury the cable and do the seed, and straw. They were very pleased with the outcome. We are looking forward to touching up the driveway after the new concrete pad is completed at a later date. 🚛🚜

👋 Howdy folks, hope you all are doing well. 😀 Here we went out to some wonderful folks, who are returning customers over in Lebanon. Thanks Mr and Mrs Scott for the continued business and opportunity to resolve your drainage issues.

🚧 Once we located the the utilities, we got right to work on this installation of a catch basin and drainage resolution at the end of the driveway parking pad near the garage. We also opted to divert the rear downspout into the works as well. Before, it was discharging out on the edge of the concrete pad, adding to the water collecting at the end of the pad as well. We then placed the catch basin approximately 4" lower than the garage entrance to create enough fall away from the house, for when the concrete pad gets replaced in the near future. Finally we discharged the runoff out towards the pond with a 6" pipe as this area collects a lot of rain runoff. 🌊🌧🌩

👋 Took care of a couple little driveway projects this past week. This was for two of our returning customers. 🙌
🚜 The first one was a small 6" culvert crossover pipe with a catch basin. These folks had water runoff collecting and running over the drive and washing gravel during heavy rains. Thanks Carolyn and family for the continued business, its greatly appreciated. 🚛 The second was a driveway refreshing, just in time for an upcoming graduation party for their son. 👋 Hello folks, hope all is well. Here is the the 475' driveway project makeover that ya got a sneak peek on the other day. These wonderful folks are the new owners of this residence on the outskirts South Lebanon. Thank you McCarthy family for the opportunity to take care of the issues with the driveway. Your business is greatly appreciated. 🙌

🚧 This driveway was very neglected and did not have sufficient ditching on side with hill and improper crowning letting water collect and wash down throughout the driveway. This driveway goes up nearly 60' to 70' in elevation from the road, so two areas are fairly steep.
First few pics, taken in winter time, show what the driveway looked like when we did a small repair to get them till spring when we could repair it correctly. The more resent pics show the complete transformation. 👌
🪨 We graded, the existing material, then dug a ditch the length of the driveway. 🚛Hauled in approximately 34 tons of #2 stone for the ditch and build up the left side of the entrance, where a tree was removed, at the road for widening. We then had 92 tons of crushed limestone brought in for resurfacing.🚛 Once all the gravel was down, we then took the roller compactor over it to set it in. We did this due to the slope. With the compaction, correct crown, and ditching, this should hold up rather well. 🪨
🪵 We also took down 3 trees and ground the Stumps. We bucked the logs and took them up near the house so the customers can cut them for firewood for next season. 🪵
🧱 With us widening the whole driveway, from about 7' to nearly 12', we had to sure up the end of the crossover drain pipe culvert. We used the concrete bag method with 4' pieces of rebar driven in every couple layers. 🧱

👋 Hello folks, here is a small project (phase one) that we completed for customer over in Wilmington area last week. Thanks Stephanie for the opportunity to take care of the project for you. Your business is greatly appreciated. The prospect for phase two is in the works. You'll have to stay tuned to see what we do. A small hint; a great place for rest and relaxation. 🤔

🪵 We did some stump grinding on a small stump and the huge maple stump, nearly 4' wide at the depth we needed, that was left just under the surface from a previous contractor. This will allow for phase two possibly in the near future 🪵

🪨 We then layed some fabric down and put 3 tons of creek rock down along the fence. The yard was a little wet but we were able to use our mud matts to run the dingo machine back and forth on, saving the yard. 🪨
