👋 Hello folks hopefully you all are doing great as always. On this one, I took care of reclaiming about two acres of field for some wonderful folks over in Wilmington, Ohio. Thanks Andy for the opportunity to get this project completed for you.🙌

🪵 This field was taken over by sycamore saplings that were 10' to 15' tall over the past 6 years or so. We also went over and cleaned up some creek banks and did another area, cleaning out a roadway leading down to where they will be installing a bridge across the creek at the other side of the property. It's absolutely amazing the difference once this is completed. Time will let overgrowth take over your property if you let it.🕰

👋 How's everyone doing today, hopefully great! Here's another project completed the end of last week. This was for great returning customer that we created a long swale to get the rain runoff away from his house and back to his pond. Mr Ruther, your business is greatly appreciated.🙌

🚧 This was an approximately 1,360' long driveway recondition and refresh. There was a couple areas that needed built up a couple inches as it was holding water, with more materials as well. It had been nearly 10 to 12 years since these folks had more materials brought in. This goes to show how maintenance is key to prolonged repairs. He did a great job over the years with his tractor and box. 🚧

🚜 We got to work, power raking and bringing up the existing materials to see what we had to work with. After getting that process completed, we started hauling in crushed limestone to fill in the low areas and give us enough materials to create a good crown where it needed to be, and prevent ponding and flowing down the middle of the driveway. 🪨🪨 We had estimated around 156 tons but with the good existing materials, was able to save on new materials as we only used about 130 or so tons. 🪨🪨 We then took the vibratory roller over it to set everything in place and checked for any areas that needed additional attention and prepared it for the upcoming rains. We really take pride in a great looking driveway, with nice straight edges. We don't just level with a bucket on a skidloader, we have all the correct attachments to create and maintain a great driveway. 🚛

👋 Howdy folks, hopefully you all are doing great. Wanted to get another completed job posted while I have the opportunity to do so. 😊

🚧 This was a quick swimming pool area fill in and grading project over in Northern Blanchester area. Thanks Brian and Jessica for the opportunity to take care of this project for you folks. 🚧

🚛 I hauled in approximately 48 or so cubic yards of clean fill clay/dirt mix to compact in lifts of about a foot depth each to prevent settlement. Then I hauled in approximately 16 yards of shredded topsoil to create a nice seed bed for the seed to root into and thrive. We opted to use Penningtons ky 31, it being traffic and drought tolerant. Then finished with straw and fertilizer. This area should hold up well with having mostly sun and will have a lot of dog traffic from the owners pets. 🐕

👋 hello folks, hope you all are doing great! Here is a quick little landscape project that I did for a returning customer a couple weeks ago, including some timber framework. 🪏 I'm a little behind on posting, and will try to get some caught up. Thanks Carolyn for the continued business and support, it's greatly appreciated. They decided to add a little curb appeal on the outside of the fenced in patio area that we completed last fall. Take a look back on those posts if you missed it. They will be installing planters of their choice throughout the mulch beds. ⚱️

👋 Good day folks. Hopefully everyone is doing great. We discussed taking out this small retaining wall that was in desperate need of attention. This is at the same residence that we just put the catch basin in at. Can we get a good slope with the utilities at the top of the small hill?🤔

🚧 We decided to skim across the ground to uncover the cable and pull it out to the driveway so we cut down and soften the slope. This eliminates the need for the wall. The customer was wanting to be able to mow this area comfortably. This gave them two large piles of soil to utilize in other low areas in their yard. After reclaiming the bank back to grade, the customer opted to bury the cable and do the seed, and straw. They were very pleased with the outcome. We are looking forward to touching up the driveway after the new concrete pad is completed at a later date. 🚛🚜
