This is a little more personal than what we normally post, but today I’m asking for your support for someone who means a lot to me.

Many of you know Arick. He’s been with Borja Outdoor since day one and has been a huge part of this company from the very beginning. More than that, he’s one of my best friends.

A few days ago, he unexpectedly lost his mom. Her passing came as a complete shock, and along with the heartbreak of losing a loved one, his family is now facing the unexpected cost of funeral expenses.

If you’re in a position to help, even a small donation can make a difference. And if you’re not able to give, sharing this post or simply keeping him and his family in your thoughts and prayers would mean the world.

Now Hiring: Experienced Hardscape Installer

Borja Outdoor is looking for an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up ready to work, and has experience building high-end outdoor living projects.

Experience Required:

* Retaining wall installation
* Paver patios and walkways
* Pool coping installation
* Outdoor kitchens and fire features
* Concrete pavers and edging
* Grading and base preparation
* Reading grades and using lasers
* Operating skid steers, mini excavators, and compact equipment (preferred)

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 2 years of hardscape experience
* Reliable transportation
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work well with a crew
* Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather
* Valid driver’s license is a plus
