We’re proud to have completed a full roof replacement for Mrs. Cathy. This project was about more than a new roof—it was about protecting her home and giving her peace of mind.

During our inspection, we found extensive dry rot in the decking caused by poor ventilation. Heat and moisture had built up under the roof over time, damaging the wood beneath the shingles. Before installing the new roofing system, we replaced all of the crumbling decking and added a ridge vent to improve airflow and help prevent future moisture damage.

This is why roof replacements should never be rushed or cut short. Hidden damage can lead to bigger problems and unnecessary costs if it isn’t addressed the right way the first time.

Today, as we celebrate 250 years of our nation’s history, we’re reminded that the freedoms we enjoy are a blessing from God and were made possible through the sacrifice, courage, and faith of those who came before us.

As a family-owned business, all of us at MACK Property Restoration are incredibly thankful for the opportunity to live, work, and serve in this great country. We are grateful for our customers, our community, our veterans, our active military, our first responders, and everyone who works each day to protect the freedoms we often take for granted.
