Here’s one of our commercial demolition projects we wrapped up this week.
Removed double layer drywall, metal studs, spray foamed walls, LVT flooring and a few bathrooms in preparation for a new tenant.

We salvaged the heavy wood doors, recovered metal for scrap, rehomed and repurposed other materials.

Fun stuff!

We set up the hot car display today. The top number explains why we’ve all been so uncomfortable! The bottom number proves how dangerous it is to leave children or pets in a vehicle.

People think demo day is like watching the renovation shows on TV. Hammers flying, drywall getting kicked down, walls crashing down. Chaos.
Not!!
Floor protection, Air Scubber, a steady hand, surgical precision and care to prevent collateral damage and the shortest route out of the house for the debris.

This client wanted a change to the fireplace surround but did not want to have to refinish the beautiful Green finish.

Yep, damage free!
