People will post looking for someone to cut their grass or clean up their yard and start it with “not looking to pay an arm and a leg”… then proceed to list an entire novel of things they want done. 😅
Let me say this honestly. If you want cheap, you’re going to get cheap. And usually that means someone who isn’t dedicated to the work or the results.
Professional landscaping and property maintenance is a skilled service, just like getting your hair done or hiring a professional to work on your home. You’re paying for someone’s time, knowledge, equipment, and attention to detail.
Most of us also run legitimate businesses with real overhead. That means commercial equipment, trailers, fuel, insurance, maintenance, licensing, and long hours working in the heat to make your property look its best.
