🔨 NEW WINDOWS, UNEXPECTED REPAIRS 🔨

We’ve been busy working on this home in Clay, where a window replacement project uncovered something we see all too often—hidden damage beneath the surface.

What started as a straightforward window installation led to the discovery of deteriorated wood beneath the siding that needed to be replaced before the new windows could be properly installed.

One project can sometimes lead to another because you never know what you’ll find once the work begins. That’s why we take the time to address underlying issues rather than simply covering them up. Doing the job right today helps prevent bigger problems tomorrow.

Wood behind the windows needs to be replaced as part of a window replacement job!

WE DO WINDOWS! Sometimes when you are working on a job you find other things that need attention. Replacing these windows we found the wood around the windows was rotted due to rain and snow. Moisture is not your home’s friend and once you see this it has to be replaced.

WHERE'S SAL? Not every job is about size — some are about impact. After a house fire, this family needed major repairs, including removal of fire-damaged trusses and reworking interior walls. Working in cold conditions without heat makes for long days, but progress continues. We’re proud to play a part in getting this family back into their home where they belong.
