HI EVERYONE!!!
Just wanted to give you a heads up about a sale happening, Mon Nov. 7, through Wed. 9th.

Our very dear friend, Joe Cacciola ( Retro Joe ), passed away a short while ago,and his lovely wife, Lorie, her friends and family, and I will be selling the contents of Joe and Lorie’s wood working shop on MONDAY NOV.7, 8-2, TUESDAY NOV.8, 8-2, and WEDNESDAY NOV.9, 10-6.. 3 days of selling everything inside, from paints, to furniture, pictures to chandeliers and more.

ADDRESS IS : 4975 State Rt. 3 in Clay NY, behind Frieght yard brewing company. The shop is on the other side of the brewery so we ask that you park in the road on one side.. Thank you so much.

This is a cash only sale. Please bring your own movers.

Carol bought an older desk at an auction that needed a lot of work....

It was pretty beat up, with water stains and a big cigar burn on the top, but it had good "bones".

We went right to work on it....refinished the top, fixed all the drawers, restored the rest of the desk, and even freshened up the hardware.

It came out great, and she was pleased.

Lori had a rocking chair that was a family heirloom...it had been sitting around for years while she figured out what to do with it.

The rocker on one side was broken and missing, and the upholstery was worn out.
This is not a job that most people can take on by themselves...

We used an old Oak bedrail that was the right thickness, and created a new rocker to match the original one.

The upholstery is a vintage burgundy velour, and we found some trim to finish it.

Now she has a beautiful piece of furniture that can be handed down for another 100 years!

The shoemaker's son does NOT always go barefoot! 😂

This was a project that my wife wanted done for our bathroom....

The vintage cabinet needed repairs, some paint and distressing. She had collected the brackets and boxes for the wall, and even repainted the bathroom for the big install.

It really came out nice, and keeps me out of the doghouse! 🌟

Randi & Stacey have an older dog Ella, that needed assistance to get on their bed.

They already have some beautiful reclaimed lumber nightstands we made them, and couldn't find anything online that was the style or quality they wanted.

So....they sent us the dimensions they needed, and we created their steps.
Of course they were the first "pet steps" we ever made (they ❤️ to challenge us), and they came out great!!

My favorite part, was after bringing them home, they sent me a picture of Ella using her new steps....and I SWEAR she's smiling in the shot!
