Our crew gave this home’s exterior a much-needed refresh and improved its protection from the elements. This project included:

✅ Replaced 115 linear feet of gutters and downspouts
✅ Installed gutter guards throughout
✅ Replaced 68 feet of damaged wood fascia
✅ Repaired remaining fascia boards
✅ Painted and touched up the new and repaired wood
✅ Replaced damaged column trim boards
✅ Removed and disposed of all job-related debris

Robb’s Renovations & Handyman Services is looking for an experienced, motivated estimator/salesperson to join our team.

We are open to either:

• A full-time employee
• An independent contract salesperson

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with potential customers and quoting projects
• Creating detailed scopes of work and material lists
• Following up with leads and prospective customers
• Actively pursuing new leads through social media and other platforms provided
• Conducting door-to-door sales and cold calling
• Maintaining professional communication throughout the sales process
• Helping turn qualified leads into scheduled projects

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of construction, estimating, or sales experience
• Strong knowledge of residential remodeling and construction
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to accurately measure projects and prepare estimates
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable pursuing new business
