Another full renovation project underway in Overland! 🛠️🏡
Over the last few weeks, we’ve been making great progress transforming this property:
✅ Full demo and junk removal completed
✅ Replaced damaged water lines and broken P-trap plumbing
✅ Installed new window and door trim where needed
✅ Power washed the deck and replaced damaged boards
✅ Reframed portions of an exterior wall and repaired rotted joists and subflooring
✅ Sanded, primed, and painted kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities
A solid renovation always starts with addressing the hidden issues before focusing on the finishes. Looking forward to sharing more progress photos as we continue bringing this property back to life!
