What You’ll Do:
As a CDL A HEAVY TRUCK Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects moving efficiently and safely.

Your responsibilities will include:
Safely operating dump trucks to haul gravel, sand, asphalt, and other materials to job sites and facilities
Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is road-ready and compliant
Coordinating with site supervisors to optimize routes and delivery schedules
Loading and unloading materials using proper techniques to prevent spills or accidents
Maintaining accurate delivery and maintenance records
Assisting with heavy equipment operation when needed (excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, tankers)
Following all site safety protocols to protect yourself and your crew

What We’re Looking For:
Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of commercial truck operation and basic maintenance
Experience operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, backhoes, graders, water trucks preferred)
Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards
Ability to pass a drug screening
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Experience with drop-spreading is a plus

Requirements:
