English Well Drilling is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Water Well Driller Assistant to join our crew.
About the Role:
As a Water Well Driller Assistant, you’ll work alongside our experienced team to help install and service water wells across Hendricks and surrounding counties. This is a hands-on, physical role that involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. You’ll assist with setting up equipment, maintaining tools, preparing job sites, and supporting the drilling process from start to finish.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license (must have)
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs+
• Ready to work longer hours when needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
