Ready to move your car token across this commercial board? 🎩 🤔
They say that in every commercial construction project there’s one player who refuses to let go of the railroads, and at 2048 E. Home Rd., that main character has been our construction team, moving square by square without stopping! 🚧

Because while one crew is building a "hotel" inside, another one outside keeps preparing the game board. If you look at the board: machinery in motion. If you step inside the building: finishes in progress. If you walk through the utilities: mechanical installations taking shape in Springfield, OH!

We picked up a Chance card, and this is what’s happening behind every move:
🏗️ GO Space (Exterior Work): We’re moving steadily forward with earthwork, grading, and preparation of the exterior areas. Paving the way for the next visitors!
⛽ Service Station (Infrastructure): The fuel area continues to take shape with underground systems and the installation of the future service islands. Our very own railroad stations, but with more energy! ⚡
🛠️ Property Under Construction (Interiors): Inside, we keep adding points with finishes, mechanical installations, and furniture setup. Everything needed to transform this building into a space ready to operate.

We’re excited to see how, turn by turn, this new C-Store & Fuel Station evolves from site preparation to the final details before the grand opening. 🏡✨

Yes, there are still a few rounds ahead and cards left to claim, but every day we see all the pieces of this board fitting perfectly into place. Great work by our field team, who keeps dominating the game in Clark County! 👏🚗⛽

Who said mortals can't challenge the gods? ⛈️
Not even Zeus himself, with all his fury, could stop what’s happening on Anderson Ferry Road. When the sky broke open and the rain tried to flood the project, our team activated indestructible mode: we solved every setback on the fly and proved what we're made of. 💪🚧

The lands of Cincinnati, Ohio bear witness that the rain only served to test our resilience. Beneath the gray clouds, these 3,500 SF of pure commercial construction continued moving forward with determination:
🪨Ground conquered: Gravel placed and slab layout completed flawlessly.
🚰Underground engineering: Preliminary connections for restrooms, the drink counter area, and the main water line stub-out are now in place.
🍳The engine of the project: The kitchen now has its underground rough plumbing completed, grease trap installed, and key connections to the main line ready. 🛠️

The sky may fall, but progress never stops. Very soon, the community of Hamilton County will have a modern convenience store and a fully equipped fuel station ready to provide the best service in the area.

Some projects become true highlights of our portfolio, and this 8,736 SF veterinary clinic is one of them. Thoughtfully designed and built to withstand the demanding day-to-day operations of animal healthcare, it continues to stand as a benchmark for functionality, durability, and quality craftsmanship.

Led by our Project Manager, Glenn, this interior commercial construction project included:
🛠️ Full interior construction, drywall, painting, and custom millwork.
🌡️ Advanced insulation systems (EIFS), thermal protection, and energy-efficient solutions.
⚡ Complete electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upgrades and modernization.

Attention, pit crew! Are your engines running? Because we're entering the final pit stops, and the adrenaline is already at full throttle! 🔥
At the Greentree Rd. roundabout in Lebanon, Ohio, this new 4,500 SF C-Store is experiencing one of the most exciting stages of the project: the final preparations before opening day. The checkered flag is already coming into view! 🏁

Located at 1500 N. Union Rd., this commercial construction project features a 6-pump fuel canopy installation serving local traffic, along with an additional 3-pump canopy ready to fuel heavy commercial transportation. 🚗🚚💨

Today, the activity never stops; it feels exactly like the final pit stop before the big race:
🏎️ For those behind the wheel (the owners): The pace is nonstop as they complete the store build-out, stock coolers and shelves, and make sure everything is perfectly ready for opening day.

🛞 In the pit lane (our team): We're moving at full speed with the commercial security installation, punch-out work, building final inspections, and exterior trench drain installation.

This is the final stretch of the project. The construction, inspection, and operations teams are working in perfect sync, functioning as one unified pit crew for the Warren County community. The teamwork has been incredible, and we're ready to cross the finish line on this Lebanon, Ohio convenience store construction project. Step on the gas! 🏁🔥
