Another project taking shape at Magnolia Glen in Raleigh, NC!

Total Construction recently completed these new wood pergolas, creating defined outdoor spaces for residents to sit, relax, and enjoy a little fresh air.

It’s amazing how one addition can completely change the look and feel of an outdoor space. From the structure to the finishing details, we love seeing these improvements come together.

And we’re not finished at Magnolia Glen yet — more projects are underway, so stay tuned! 👀🔨

Another project moving forward for Total Construction!

Our crew is making progress on the bathroom demolition at Magnolia Glen in Raleigh, NC. The existing finishes and fixtures are coming out, the space is being stripped down, and we’re getting everything ready for the next phase of construction.

Demo may not be the prettiest part of a renovation, but it’s where the transformation begins! 💪

🔥 CARY, NC FIRE DAMAGE PROJECT — DEMOLITION PROGRESS 🔨

More progress from our fire-loss project in Cary, NC.

After a devastating house fire, this property required extensive demolition to remove the damaged structure and prepare the site for what comes next.

These photos really show the magnitude of the demolition. Our crew continues working through the damaged structure and debris, clearing the property and getting it ready for the next phase.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but every section cleared brings this home one step closer to being rebuilt. 🏠
