Update on the bathroom project from Monday: Gage and Josh are making great progress! They've spent the week sistering joists and replacing the rotten subfloor to get everything perfectly prepped for the new shower stall. The guys are killing it out there! 🏠💪

So, this happened on day 1️⃣ of our bathroom remodel.

The customer warned us this old house would be a challenge, and she wasn't kidding! A little 'can of worms' situation under the floorboards turned into a deep dive for Gage between the joists today. 🐛🪵

It’s all part of the job, though. We don’t just build; we make sure the bones are solid before we put the beauty on top. Stay tuned to see how we fix this and turn it around! 🏚️➡️🛠️

🏡🔨 Starting the week strong!

This week, we’re grateful to be serving three local families and helping bring their projects to life.

✅ The pool project is winding down, with the hot tub arriving this week and final electrical hookups scheduled.

✅ The covered patio is moving right along and ready for shingles and siding.

✅ Today, Josh and Gage are starting a bathroom remodel designed to make daily living safer and more comfortable for an aging homeowner.

Every project is different, but the goal is always the same: quality work, honest service, and caring for the people who trust us with their homes.

But watching Josh and Gage tackle it all today? Impressive. 🤯 —from siding demo and framing a new covered porch header 🏠 to installing the deck boards on the pool project 🏊‍♂️—all in a day's work. 🛠️🦾
Even with a few temporal bumps in the road, we’re ending today feeling so grateful for the blessings and the progress. 💫🚀👷‍♂️
